Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
• Should have a working experience as an electrician in the same field or related for a period of 3 year minimum.

DUTIES
• Responsible in preventing breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulted cable as well as cleaning circuits.
• Ability to install safety and distribution components like switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels.
• Ability to perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
• Execution of plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems.
• Able to fault find and repair electrical controls and systems.
• Excellent understanding of electrical installations and systems within modern buildings.
• Familiar with planned Preventive Maintenance and Safety programs.
• Flexible and team player and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in job, departmental procedures, and instructions.
• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercoms, and other electrical systems

• Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
• Execute electrical installations and maintenance tasks.
