Job Purpose

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and discipline of the camp premises. The role includes monitoring worker attendance during site mobilization, ensuring safe boarding of transport, maintaining camp security, and preventing unauthorized or unsafe items (such as alcohol) from entering the camp.

Key Responsibilities
• Attendance & Transportation Monitoring
• Record and verify attendance of all workers going out for site work.
• Ensure workers identify the correct bus assigned to them.
• Guide workers to board the correct bus in an orderly manner.
• Camp Security & Safety
• Monitor and control entry/exit points of the camp.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure safety of all personnel within camp premises.
• Prevent unauthorized entry of persons or vehicles.
• Prohibited Items Control
• Stop any prohibited items from being brought inside the camp.
• Report and document any violation immediately to the Supervisor / HR.
• Incident Reporting
• Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Maintain a daily log of security checks, attendance monitoring, and incidents.
• General Duties
• Support camp discipline and assist in emergency situations (fire, medical, or evacuation).
• Follow company policies and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
