Job Summary:

The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by takingorders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experiencefor guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests courteously
• Keep tables clean and organized before, during, and after service
• Process payments accurately and provide receipts
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
• Follow health and safety regulations
