Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our billionaire construction Client in Al Ain UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the fabrication installation and finishing of metal doors windows and handrails ensuring structural integrity aesthetic quality and compliance with safety and building standards. This position is critical to delivering high-quality interior and exterior metalwork across residential commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers contractors and site supervisors to ensure timely execution precision craftsmanship and adherence to design specifications. With a strong foundation in welding techniques material handling and safety protocols this role demands both technical expertise and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
• Fabricate assemble and install metal doors windows and handrails using various welding techniques (MIG TIG and stick welding).
• Interpret technical drawings blueprints and design schematics to accurately execute metalwork components.
• Perform precise cutting shaping and fitting of metal materials (steel stainless steel aluminum) to meet project specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and make necessary adjustments to ensure structural soundness and visual appeal.
• Maintain and clean welding equipment tools and workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to health safety and environmental regulations on-site and in the workshop.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow resolve issues and meet project deadlines.
• Assist in material preparation including measuring marking and aligning components prior to welding.
• Document work progress and report any defects delays or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in metal fabrication and welding specifically in metal doors windows and handrails.
• Proficiency in MIG TIG and stick welding techniques with proven ability to produce clean durable welds.
• Strong understanding of metal properties structural integrity and safety standards in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and design plans.
