Job Summary

Al Marwan Developments is seeking a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure the protection of company assets, personnel, and property. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of UAE and Sharjah security regulations, and the ability to manage and guide on-site security teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Security Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
• Supervise, train, and schedule security guards to ensure continuous 24/7 coverage.
• Lead emergency responses for incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches, coordinating with Sharjah Police or Civil Defence when required.
• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct routine patrols to identify risks and security vulnerabilities.
• Prepare comprehensive daily reports and detailed incident logs for management.
• Oversee access control procedures for visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Ensure all security equipment—CCTV, scanners, radios, and related hardware—is functional and properly maintained.
• Maintain a professional security environment and uphold company and legal security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Valid SIRA (Dubai) or ASSID/PSBD (Sharjah/Northern Emirates) Security Supervisor license.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a supervisory security role.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is highly preferred for managing diverse teams.
• Certified in First Aid and Firefighting (Civil Defence approved).
• Physically fit and able to remain on foot for extended periods.
• Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
• Proficient in operating modern IP-CCTV systems and digital reporting tools.

• Experience with Yardi or other property management systems is a plus.
