Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Owner to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, restaurant experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team and customer base. Arabic language skills are preferred to better serve our guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing shifts
• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns
• Support scheduling, payroll coordination, and staff performance evaluations
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control
• Uphold restaurant standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness
• Support promotional activities and special events
• Step in as acting manager when the Restaurant Manager is absent

Qualifications & Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
• Experience in Asian or Korean cuisine is strongly preferred
• Arabic speaker preferred (English required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
• Passion for hospitality and team development
