Job Description
A Boutique All Day Dining venue in Dubai is seeking a polished, confident Hostess to lead the guest arrival experience in a high-energy, quality-driven environment. This position plays a central role in front-of-house operations and directly shapes guest perception from arrival to departure. The successful candidate demonstrates calm authority, strong situational awareness, and a consistent focus on delivering a seamless and welcoming experience during both quiet and peak service periods.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary ambassador for the venue, delivering a professional and welcoming first and last impression
Take full ownership of the host stand, managing reservations, walk‑ins, waitlists, and overall seating flow
Communicate wait times, availability, and service expectations clearly and confidently
Work closely with the floor manager and service team to support efficient table management and smooth operations
Monitor the dining room continuously, anticipating pressure points and adjusting guest flow as needed
Address guest concerns or dissatisfaction with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment
Maintain a calm, organised, and approachable presence during high-volume service
Uphold brand standards, values, and presentation at all times
Ensure fair, consistent, and professional treatment of all guests, including regulars, first-time visitors, and VIPs
Contribute positively to front-of-house culture through teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
Qualifications
Previous experience in a host or guest-facing hospitality role preferred
Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident managing busy services and guest expectations
Professional appearance and composed demeanour
Guest‑focused, observant, and solutions‑oriented
Salary and Benefits

AED 8 - 10,000 per month (DOE)
