Job Description
The Business Development & Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for driving revenue through new client acquisition, catering/event sales, and strategic partnerships while also supporting daily restaurant operations. The role combines sales growth, client relationship management, and marketing coordination with operational supervision, staff management, customer service, and quality control. Success is measured through revenue growth, new partnerships, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2โ€“4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the F&B, catering, QSR, or restaurant industry.

Prior experience in restaurant operations or supervisory roles is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of F&B service standards, costing, menu knowledge, and customer handling.

Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage teams, shifts, and daily operations effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Strong analytical skills for sales reporting, forecasting, and market analysis.

Ability to multitask between sales, operations, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory, depending on business needs).
