We’re expanding and opening a new branch, and we’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Position Overview

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes aligned with our healthy food philosophy. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain standards of excellence in taste, presentation, and nutrition.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook dishes according to the Healthy Time Meals recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure accurate portioning and consistent quality across all dishes.
• Support menu development and contribute creative ideas for healthy meals.
• Supervise commis chefs and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
• Control inventory and minimize waste.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant or catering kitchen.
• Experience working with healthy, balanced, or diet-specific menus (e.g., low-calorie, keto, vegan, or high-protein dishes).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Passion for healthy cooking and fresh ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
