URGENT!

We are looking for a 4 Ton Heavy Vehicle Driver with a License #4 to join our Team.

(LICENSE #4 REQUIRED)

Responsibilities
• Plan the delivery of goods correctly so that they are delivered on time.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, or customers to coordinate schedules and routes.
• Drive on different routes to deliver goods.
• Supervise load and unload of diesel from the truck.
• Maintain and update the record of all deliveries.
• Inspect trucks on a daily basis for cleanliness and good working conditions, well-maintained, both internally and externally.
• Ensure to follow the traffic and driving rules.
• Monitor and refuel oil in the truck as and when needed.
• Report if there are any defects in the truck or if it requires maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.

Requirements
• High school/ diploma
• Proven 1-2 years of UAE driving experience as a Heavy Vehicle Driver
• Must have a valid UAE Heavy Vehicle driving license.
• A clean driving record will be preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of using the GPS and the ability to plan routes accordingly.
• Solid understanding of truck driving rules and regulations.
• English speaking is a must.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
