Job Description
Job Title: Hot Chef

Location: Central Kitchen – Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook hot food items in accordance with company recipes and production standards.
• Handle bulk cooking for central kitchen operations while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Ensure proper cooking, portioning, and packaging of food for distribution to branches.
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before dispatch.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and temperature control standards at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supervisors for ingredient requirements.
• Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Hot Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a central kitchen.
• Knowledge of bulk cooking and food production processes.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
