Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible GMC Vehicle Recovery Driver / Operator to join our workshop team in Ajman. The candidate will be responsible for recovering broken-down or accident vehicles safely and efficiently across the UAE while ensuring excellent customer service and proper vehicle handling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate GMC recovery vehicles safely and professionally.
• Recover and transport damaged, broken-down, or non-running vehicles to the workshop or designated locations.
• Load and unload vehicles using recovery equipment and towing systems.
• Inspect vehicles before and after recovery to ensure safe transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the recovery truck.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with workshop staff, customers, and insurance representatives when required.
• Complete recovery reports and job documentation accurately.
• Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls when assigned.

Requirements:
• Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in vehicle recovery or towing operations in the UAE/GCC.
• Experience operating GMC recovery trucks is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
• Basic understanding of vehicle handling and workshop operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency recovery calls.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle recovery equipment safely.
