As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the venue. You are responsible for maintaining a vibrant atmosphere, ensuring world-class service, and leading a motivated team by example.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver consistent excellence. Operational Autonomy: Manage your own schedule and take ownership of the day-to-day flow of the restaurant. Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and authentic Mediterranean dining experience. What We Are Looking For UAE Experience: Essential. You must have a solid understanding of the local market and hospitality landscape. Personality: Cheerful, high-energy, and approachable. You should naturally command a room with a positive attitude. The Offer Salary: 15,000 AED per month โ€“ ALL INCLUSIVE Monthly Bonus: Performance-based incentives. Benefits: Comprehensive UAE Visa and Medical Insurance. As per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the minimum salary for carpenters holding skilled work permits in the UAE is AED 4,000 per month as of 1 January 2026, with overtime paid at 1.25 times the hourly rate after 8 hours daily. Employers must deposit this amount into a UAE bank account registered with the Wages Protection System.
Q What visa and work permit requirements apply for foreign carpenters seeking jobs in the UAE in 2026?
Foreign carpenters must obtain a work permit and residence visa through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation before starting employment, with the permit valid for 2 years and renewable. Q What education and experience are required to qualify for carpenter jobs in the UAE?
Carpenters need at least 2 years of verified experience in the trade plus a secondary school certificate or equivalent vocational training certificate recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation as of 2026.
