Job Description

We are currently seeking a Plumber to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Daily visual inspection on all technical areas like Building plant rooms, sewage system, emergency generator, air condition system, irrigation systems, workshop, cooling systems, swimming pools, lightening, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.
• Visual inspection of all the water pumps, RO system, multimedia filter, Sewage tanks, chemical dosing system operation and filling consumed chemical and chemical stock checking and order if required in daily basis.
• Personally take care of Swimming pool system, Water feature maintenance and maintain the water quality, chemical levels.
• Carryout preventive maintenance (PPM) for water transfer pumps, Booster pumps and hot water Calorifier on quarterly basis.
• Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
• Displays good teamwork attitude while working in a team for major works.
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance repairs and services on time.
• Creates an atmosphere of tranquility amongst the team.
• Make sure the minimum stock for the spare parts and materials are available in the engineering store.
• Be willing to train and instruct other members of the team by passing along knowledge and skills.
• To have a complete understanding of and to adhere to RHG's policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
• Follow the grooming standards and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times
• Repair and maintenance of all types of Plumbing systems, machinery and equipment. Carryout preventive maintenance (PPM) for common area and Guest rooms plumping systems as per Rezidor standard and as per local Law.
• To ensure complete operation and safety of all electro mechanical equipment and their corresponding machinery through intensive maintenance and proper working procedure.
• Work independently to achieve set tasks
• Acts on issues and concerns in the electrical field immediately.
• Control the stocks and other items in his workshop and order more as required.
• Completes the daily task checklist and assigned jobs and ensures timely implementation.
• Complete training in all areas of Engineering and take responsibility for all areas of maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, kitchen maintenance and air conditioning.

Monthly twice all plant room, rooftop water tank and pump area cleaning.
Qualifications

National academic qualifications

1+ years of relevant experience in Property Maintenance

Very good command of written and spoken English
