Job description: | We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Specialized Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage advanced cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in water tank cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, AC duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, and marble polishing, along with strong team management and operational coordination skills. | Key Responsibilities | Supervise and manage specialized cleaning teams across multiple sites. | Plan, schedule, and execute cleaning projects including: | Water tank cleaning and disinfection | Kitchen exhaust/duct cleaning (grease removal) | AC duct cleaning and sanitization | Carpet cleaning (deep cleaning, shampooing) | Marble polishing and restoration | Ensure all services are delivered as per company standards and client requirements. | Conduct site inspections before and after service to ensure quality and safety compliance. | Train and guide cleaning staff on proper techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures. | Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations. | Coordinate with operations and clients for job planning, approvals, and feedback. | Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and team performance. | Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction. | Monitor and manage cleaning equipment, chemicals, and inventory. | Requirements | Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in specialized cleaning services (mandatory). | Strong knowledge of water tank cleaning, kitchen exhaust systems, AC ducts, carpet care, and marble polishing. | Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations and standards. | Ability to manage teams and handle multiple sites/projects. | Good communication and leadership skills. | Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation. | Valid UAE driving license (preferred). | Skills | Leadership and team management | Attention to detail | Problem-solving ability | Time management and planning | Customer service orientation | Job Type: Full-time | Work Location: In person
