The journey from Rhenak to Zuluk covers approximately 55 kilometers through the winding roads of the Old Silk Route. You will primarily travel via private taxi as public transport is non-existent on this high-altitude stretch. The drive takes about 3 hours depending on weather conditions and permit checks at Rongli. You will ascend from the lower valleys to an elevation of over 9,000 feet. This route is famous for its 32 hairpin bends and panoramic views of the Eastern Himalayas.
