Sasaram is famous for the tomb of Sher Shah Suri and is easily accessible from Nirsha. The most efficient way to travel is by train via the Grand Chord line. You will need to reach Dhanbad or Asansol station and board a train heading towards Sasaram Junction. The distance is approximately 320 kilometers. The journey takes about 6 to 7 hours. Road travel is also an option via NH 19, which is well-maintained but can be busy with truck traffic.
