The journey from Kangan to Jammu is a long, 280-kilometer drive across the Jawahar Tunnel and the Banihal Pass. You will travel along the NH 44, which is the primary lifeline connecting the Kashmir Valley to the rest of India. The drive takes approximately 9 hours, depending on traffic and weather conditions. You will pass through major towns like Srinagar, Anantnag, Ramban, and Udhampur. This route offers dramatic changes in landscape from snow-capped peaks to the plains of Jammu.
