The journey from Hingoli to Shimla covers approximately 1600 km. You will travel from the Deccan plateau to the Himalayan foothills. The most practical route is by train to New Delhi, followed by a train to Kalka and then the iconic toy train to Shimla. Road travel is possible but involves a long drive through the plains and then the winding mountain roads of Himachal Pradesh. Shimla is a popular hill station known for its colonial architecture and pleasant climate.
