The journey from Dirang to Zunheboto is a multi-day expedition across the rugged terrain of Northeast India. You must first descend from the Himalayas to the plains of Assam via NH 13 and NH 15. From Guwahati, you proceed toward Dimapur, the primary railhead for Nagaland. The final leg involves a steep climb from Dimapur to Zunheboto via the NH 29 and NH 2.
